- Yahoo API data must not be used for unauthorized profiling, ad targeting, or data brokerage;
- Illegal, infringing, or security-harmful activities are prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access, scraping, copying, resale, or abuse of platform data;
- Bypassing security controls, attacks, or disruption of service stability;
- Impersonation, forged authorization, or abuse of API quotas.
6. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. Service impact may occur due to Yahoo platform changes, network failures, planned maintenance, or force majeure events.
7. Suspension, Termination, and Data Handling
- Users may request account unlinking or service deactivation through support channels;
- After revocation/unlinking, token disabling and data deletion or anonymization follow our Privacy Policy;
- We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of expected profits, or consequences caused by third-party platform policy changes.
