1) Capability Scope
- Within customer-granted authorization scope, the system automatically syncs Amazon orders, item details, and recipient information to reduce manual entry and duplicate work.
- After dispatch, WMS automatically sends tracking number, carrier, shipment status (Shipped), and ship timestamp back to Amazon for faster updates and stronger buyer trust.
- Only fulfillment-required fields are processed. Payment data is not fed back, balancing operational efficiency and compliance.
2) Tracking & Label Mechanism
- The system supports contracted carrier platforms (for example, Sagawa Japan and Yamato Kuroneko) to generate shipping labels and tracking numbers.
- During packing and outbound operations, orders and tracking numbers are linked automatically for a closed-loop handoff from warehouse to platform feedback.
3) Amazon Automated Shipment Feedback Workflow
- The system retrieves authorized orders through Amazon SP-API and routes them into warehouse fulfillment workflows.
