1) Capability Scope

  • Within customer-granted authorization scope, the system automatically syncs Amazon orders, item details, and recipient information to reduce manual entry and duplicate work.
  • After dispatch, WMS automatically sends tracking number, carrier, shipment status (Shipped), and ship timestamp back to Amazon for faster updates and stronger buyer trust.
  • Only fulfillment-required fields are processed. Payment data is not fed back, balancing operational efficiency and compliance.

2) Tracking & Label Mechanism

  • The system supports contracted carrier platforms (for example, Sagawa Japan and Yamato Kuroneko) to generate shipping labels and tracking numbers.
